If you would like to return your purchase for any reason, we will gladly accept exchanges or returns if the item is in its original condition - unused, in original packaging with the original tags still attached.

If the products are returned used, damaged or do not have all original packaging, we reserve the right to refuse your refund.

Because foreign currency conversion rates fluctuate, the rate at the time of the payment can often fluctuate from the rate at the time of the refund. As a result, the converted amount received for the order may not equal the converted amount given back in the refund - final refund amounts may well fluctuate slightly due to foreign currency conversion, transactions and banking fees.

Refunds are always issued in the currency used to pay for the order.

We take the utmost care in ensuring our goods are of high quality. However, if for any reason you find that our products are faulty or unsatisfactory, your item arrives damaged, or you did not receive what you ordered, we will be determined to resolve any issues to satisfy our customers.

Online purchases claimed as faulty will need to be sent back to us for an official assessment by the Selk'bag Australia warranty team. You do not need to retain the original packaging nor does the item need to be in resalable condition if you have found it to have a minor or major fault.

Regular Post:
The average delivery times for Standard delivery are:

4-7 Business days for Australian wide including most country areas

7-10 Business days for WA country, far North QLD and most of NT, outside Alice Springs and Darwin.

*Please note that these delivery timeframes are an estimate only, based on the Australia Post guidelines.

For peace of mind, all packages within Australia are delivered via a tracked Australia Post service. If there is no one present to accept your delivery, Australia Post will leave a notice advising that your parcel will be retrievable from a nearby Post Office (or as indicated on the undeliverable notice).

Express Post:

We offer Express Shipping through Australia Post. In most cases, your order is delivered the following business day after it is dispatched. The delivery timings are dependent on Australia Post's express shipping coverage network

Please note: Deliveries coming from our NSW location that is being delivered to WA or NT are NOT covered by the Express Post Next Business Day Guarantee. While this service will be faster than the regular postage speeds, it will still take several business days.

Tip: If you work full-time during business hours, you may wish to provide your work address instead. Please include a business name with all business addresses.
