All orders $149.95 or over receive free standard shipping within New Zealand! For orders under $149.95, a $12.95 fee will apply at checkout.
This free delivery offer is subject to change at any time. However, all orders processed during a free delivery offer period will be processed in accordance with the offer.
The average delivery times for Standard delivery are:
5-9 Business days for New Zealand wide including most regional areas
7-10 Business days for some remote areas

For peace of mind, all packages within New Zealand are delivered via a tracked NZ Post service. If there is no one present to accept your delivery, NZ Post will leave a notice advising that your parcel will be retrievable from a nearby Post Office (or as indicated on the undeliverable notice).
Tip: If you work full-time during business hours, you may wish to provide your work address instead. Please include a business name with all business addresses.
We offer Express Shipping throughout New Zealand. In most cases, your order is delivered the following business day after it is dispatched.
Any orders placed using PayPal e-Cheque as the payment method will not be dispatched until the payment is cleared. These take between 3-5 business days to clear, and then processing and postage times will commence after this.

Please be careful to check all billing and shipping information before an order is placed, as orders are processed quickly and changes are unable to be made once they've been received and accepted. This also includes changing styles, colours and/or sizes.
We may be able to cancel your order prior to dispatch, but we cannot guarantee this. Most orders are dispatched within 1-2 hours of receipt and we cannot cancel your order or make changes to your address after this time.

You will receive your tracking number via email once your order has dispatched. When you input the tracking number into the online tracking system, you will be notified of the delivery ETA.
If you have not received your tracking number or are having any issues with the delivery of your item, please contact our Customer Service Team.
Please ensure your delivery information is correct when you process your order. If attempted deliveries and are unsuccessful, please be sure to collect your package from the specified Post Office within the nominated time frame. If your orders are returned to us as you have provided incorrect information or did not collect your package before it was returned, you may be charged a fee to have it shipped out again.
